  • Dooley says the European Union, which presents itself as a bastion of values, democracy and freedom, has been involved in a massive power grab in Poland over the past couple of days. He says the mainstream media in Ireland has not covered it properly, and calls it a propaganda wing of the corrupt political establishment.
  • In his telling, Prime Minister Donald Tusk tried on October 13th to bring in a new constitutional court judge while the president was out of the country, so the president had to turn his plane around from Senegal. Dooley calls this a power grab or coup on behalf of the EU. He says Tusk has been angry for years that the judges he wanted were not appointed, and that the so-called independent judges are in fact politically appointed. He adds that it happened around All Saints' Day, a public holiday that matters to many Poles, and that the president was stopped when he tried to enter the court.
  • Dooley says Poland is being fined for each day it refuses to push ahead with Tusk's appointees, and that the European Commissioner responsible for the rule of law is Michael McGrath. He points to Romania, where he says the EU got involved in overturning an election, and to Hungary, where he says Orbán was fined and funds were withheld. He describes Tusk as a yes man for the EU and a former head of the European People's Party, the group that includes Fine Gael, and rejects the claim that Tusk is left-wing. He says foreign minister Sikorski is married to a Democrat he calls a warmonger.
  • He says peaceful demonstrations are still going on around the court in Warsaw as he records on Sunday evening. He says the Polish opposition now wants power devolved back to countries, with talks on leaving the EU if that fails, and he expects the issue to feature in the 2027 elections. He names the currency, mass immigration, the war in Ukraine and the gold reserve as other open issues. He finishes by backing the protesters and saying the media will not call this out.

European [snorts] Union, which portrays itself as the bastion

European [snorts] Union, which portrays itself as the bastion of values, democracy, and freedom, has been involved in a massive power grab in Poland over the past couple of days. Now, this hasn't been covered in any proper fashion by the mainstream media here in Ireland, which isn't really surprising because they're just a propaganda wing of the corrupt political establishment. On October 13th, Donald Tusk, who's the prime minister in Poland, tried to introduce a new constitutional court judge. Now, this was at the same.

Time while the president was out of the country. He quickly had to turn the plane around from Senegal and land back in Poland. Now, this was a power grab or coup on behalf of the European Union. And it's around land standing arguments around how judges are appointed, so-called independent judges. Tusk had an issue over the last number of years because judges that he wanted appointed were not appointed to the constitutional court.

Now, this has real major ramifications for Europe as a whole in the context of what took place in the last couple of days. Now, there has been a number of peaceful demonstrations. And as I record this video on Sunday evening, there is there are still carrying out peaceful demonstrations around the location of the constitutional court in Warsaw. Now, their job is to sign off on laws in the Polish parliament. And interesting enough, Tusk said he wanted his people.

In that position, so-called independent people. But they are politically appointed because Tusk wanted his people put there to replace the people that were put in by the previous administration. And coincidentally, this happened around the time of a public or federal holiday in Poland, All Saints' Day, which is a very prominent day in the for the Christian heritage of so many people of Poland. And as I said, when the president was out of the country.

And when he returned, he tried to enter the Constitutional Court, was prevented from doing so. And I understand over the last couple of days, he has been trying to reach out to all parties to try and look for some form of agreement to what's been taking place. But at the same time, what Tusk has done has been tantamount really a power grab on behalf of the European Union. And has really spat in the face of the.

Sovereignty of the Polish people

Sovereignty of the Polish people. And this has been a long-standing disagreement in Poland in the context of sovereignty, but also in the context of the European Union. We've seen it happen on many occasions in recent times in terms of the European Union, which claims itself, as I said, to be the bastion of freedom, democracy, and the rule of law. Interestingly enough, the European Commissioner for that position is none other than Michael McGrath, the Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael and the.

Lowry lucky independent nominated commissioner to the European Commission. But Poland have been in receipt of fines for every day that they're not pushing ahead with the Tusk-appointed people to those positions or judges to those Constitutional Court positions. And we've seen in terms of what's happened in other countries in terms of the European Union getting involved in overturning elections. We can remember Romania in recent times where Gheorghe Iliescu's and his election bid in Romania. We can also see in Hungary when Orbán didn't.

Play ball with the European Union. He was fined and funds were withheld from Europe. And in other countries as well, we've seen political interference in the so-called democratic process. This is what happens when you're talking about the European Union. This isn't any foreign actor. It's Brussels itself that is directly impacting these elections and in terms of what's taking place on every country's own borders. But, this comes at the same time when Tusk, who's a complete yes man for the.

“And in other countries as well, we've seen political interference in the so-called democratic process”

European Union, was a previous head of the European People's Party. That's the organization in Europe that comprises the Fine Gael party, interestingly enough. And they try to claim that he is left-wing, which is absolute lunacy because he's been pushing the neoliberal agenda for years and years in Europe and oversaw so much of the devastating austerity and the bankers' bailout that we saw here where the people got sold out in Ireland. His foreign minister is a man called Sikorski. Now, he's married.

To a Democrat who's a real warmonger in the United States. And he was the man who said, "Thanks to the United States for blowing up the Nord Stream." And heavily involved with British intelligence, also. Now, recently the opposition in Poland have been speaking out against the European Union and said there's too much power being given to the European Union. And they said they need to look at negotiations to try and devolve power and decentralize power back to countries.

05:23

And back to people

And back to people. And if not, there will be negotiations to exit the European Union. This is due to take place in terms of elections in 2027. But, there are big issues in Poland in relation to the currency, mass immigration, the war in Ukraine, and many more issues in terms of the gold reserve they hold as well. But, what we really demonstrate is the power grab that's at play by the European Union to try and supersede any nation's.

Sovereignty. And it should be called out for such, but it won't be because the establishment and the media propagandas are completely captured by the corrupt establishment and just serve their agenda. Really a propaganda wing of what the corrupt establishment want to portray to the general population. So, let's see how this develops over the next period of time. And fair play to the people in Poland, the protesters, people are getting out on the streets who've had enough of what's taken place.

And want to stand up for their country's sovereignty, especially in the context of more power being given a paragraph by the European Commission but they're an elected leader, Ursula von der Leyen. So, thanks so much for the support on all my videos. Really appreciate them. And please subscribe to my channel. So, from Dublin to Athens, so long for now. Talk to you soon.
