  • Dooley says that on Friday the Director of Public Prosecutions told the High Court the State would not prosecute a 27-year-old Sudanese man. The man had been charged with the sexual assault of a 10-year-old girl in CityWest in October 2025. Dooley says he was released and then rearrested, because he is facing a deportation order.
  • He recalls that the girl had been in the care of the State child agency since February 2025, and that the case led to three nights of protests in CityWest and a number of arrests after the unrest. He says the man already held a deportation order when the assault took place. He says his thoughts are with the victim.
  • Dooley says the news landed a day after a public row over a social media video on consent from non-government organisations, including the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre. He says those bodies receive billions of euro in public funding each year, and he calls the establishment the same one that tried to remove women and mothers from the Constitution.
  • He argues that nobody has been held to account and that the media is captured by the institutions. He wants a statement from the DPP on why the case was dropped and answers from the Minister for Justice. He asks viewers for their views in the comments, and says the news left him searching for words.

Hello everyone

Hello everyone. Today, big news from Ireland. The Sudanese man that was charged with the sexual assault of a 10-year-old girl in City West in October of 2025 was in the high court today and the state director of public prosecutions said there would be no prosecution of this man. Now the judge presiding was Martin Nolan in the high court and man was released and then he was subsequently rearrested as he is facing a deportation order.

Now there are a lot of serious questions to answer around this. This is a Friday of a bank holiday weekend and this involved a 27 year old man from Sudan who was charged with sexual assault of a 10-year-old girl in City West in October of 2025. Now, it transpired that the 10-year-old girl was in care with the state child agency Tesla since 2025, since February of of 2025 rather, and it subsequently led to protests in City West, three.

Nights of demonstrations in that area and led to a number of arrests from the fallout from the protests and subsequent riots. At the same time, we see now and as I said on a Friday of a bank holiday weekend, this comes out of the blue. Now, the man was already holding a deportation order when this shocking assault took place. Now, my thoughts are with the victim of that horrific attack that took place. And coincidentally, this comes just a day.

After when there was a lot of conversations in Ireland around a social media video that was released from non-government organizations, including the Dublin Rape Crisis Center around consent, not too farical, nonsensical video being released by government organizations around this in relation to the hugging of grandparents. Remember this is the same establishment that tried to erase women and mothers from the constitution recently who were in receipt of a massive amount billions of euro 6 to7 billion euro at least per.

Year of public funding and now at the same

Year of public funding and now at the same time we've had the bombshell news essentially today to what took place there needs to be transparency and accountability but that never happened in Ireland because it's all brushed under the carpet so people can move on. There's no questioning of these issues by the so-called media who are completely complicit and captured by the institutions and the establishment.

There should been initially a statement from the DPP in relation to why they weren't pursuing this and also from the Minister for Justice should be answering questions on this as well. But as I said, it's interesting. It happens on a Friday of a bank holiday weekend, isn't it? The timing is uh very very revealing. So uh let me know your thoughts what's taking place. There needs to be full transparency on this. There needs to be statements. There.

Needs to be people coming out and held to account around what's taking place. And again we thought would be with the victim young girl of this horrific u attack that took place last year. So, um, we've known in City West as well where so many of the community have got out and protested against the opening of the super iPass center up there and this is a small village in southwest county Dublin and it's just absolutely just.

Unrecognizable to what it was and remember the state and all with public funds paid over 148 billion euro or million euro rather for This super IP pass center up in city west used to be a prominent hotel golf course and used by many members of the local community and well beyond. So um let me know what you think in the comments to what's taking place. It's just um words come to mind grotesque, unbelievable, bizarre and unprecedented.
