Hello everyone
Hello everyone. Today, budget 2027 was announced in Dáil Éireann by the Minister for Finance, Simon Harris, also Young Global Leader with the World Economic Forum. Alongside him was Jack Chambers, protégé of Micheál Martin, Minister for Public Expenditure and digitalization. Remember, he also attended the Bilderberg Group recently. Surprise, surprise, pushing the globalist agenda. But this budget was again another opportunity in charter for big business and the very wealthy.
So, ordinary people will suffer, despite what has been spun by the mainstream media and by many political commentators. This again was an opportunity to address the balance in our society, but again, completely lost on this political establishment who don't serve the interests of ordinary working people. As more and more people have been forced into poverty, emigration, and really given up on the corrupt political system here in Ireland.
Interestingly, Simon Harris's opening comments was he wants to set us on a path. Yes, the path towards totalitarianism. Digital ID, digital currency, that's the path that Harris wants to drag us towards. But he said no one budget can achieve all the things a government wants. Well, he's probably right, isn't he? At the same time, Fine Gael have been in power for about 15 years at this stage. I'm sure they've had quite a number of shots at it. But remember, and the Kenny.
Famously said Ireland was the best little country to do business in as he opened up the doors to the vulture funds to come in and destroy our society and create misery for so many people. Not to mention the austerity they enforced on the people of Ireland while bailing out the bankers to tune of 64-65 billion euro. He said he wants to charter a way forward, an optimistic one, where work is rewarded and risk is repaid and.
Everybody benefits from growth, where everyone can get ahead. More nonsense coming from Simon Harris. Ireland's a low-wage economy, one of five workers are on low pay, hence the mass immigration agenda, which benefits those at the very top of society, which Harris and his ilk represent. Which is saying he also said that risk is repaid. For what risk when everything is risk-averse for these globalists pushing the agenda where more money is getting funneled upwards. What happened during.
The period of COVID, for instance? The greatest transfer of wealth towards the billionaires already. And again, more wealth is being pushed from the public purse, pillaged essentially, and transferred without any risk towards those at the very top of this rotten and corrupt system. And he said the benefits of growth will get everybody ahead. Well, they don't really. Today he offered €10 to those who are on pensions and fixed income, which will get completely swallowed up with the spiraling cost of living. It's.
Giving €3 to those who are living alone, of
Giving €3 to those who are living alone, of elderly people who are absolutely in abject poverty, many are. And this is absolutely another kick in the teeth to Irish society. And we should not accept it, but again, many will because this is part of the corrupt system we're in, where individual greed comes first to Simon Harris and his ilk rather than the burden people together as communities. He said he wants a fast-growing economy with rising incomes and we have full.
Employment. Well, full employment based on money getting funneled upwards, as I said, big profits for the big employers, the big international protection racket. We see that happening, for instance, with the immigration racket in terms of the low-wage economy driving this, where you can get cheap accommodation, accommodation for next to nothing, rather, and you can work for next to nothing, can't you? So, benefits where are risk-averse uh big employers and commercial property owners? He also spoke about the surplus.
In Ireland. This is another load of nonsense around the uh, tax haven approach in Ireland. Rip out the surplus, which he estimates is going to be 9 and 1/2 billion euro next year, of the corporations and multinationals. Well, you're left with next to nothing. It's like the emperor has no clothes. So much for leprechaun economics and the false fake GDP that's been trumped around the place all the time when we're talking about the Irish economy. He said we have an aging.
Population, so we need to bring more workers in to pay for that aging population in terms of our pensions. And interestingly enough, he wants to bring in 53,000 extra jobs into Ireland next year. Well, here we go, more work permits and more mass immigration. While seven out of 10 young people are going to leave Ireland cuz they don't see a future here. Not to mention he spoke with the cost of living crisis and he said um, the answer.
To the cost of living disaster is to invest in the new government saving scheme. Well, many who have absolutely next to nothing aren't going to even have any prospect of of investing in anything. They're struggling getting by week to week and day to day rather than thinking about any long-term plan of investing a big windfall. Currently there's about 170 billion euro on [snorts] deposit here in Ireland. And his agenda is to move into the saving scheme, which is.
“To the cost of living disaster is to invest in the new government saving scheme”
Again about the war industry. Use the bank accounts to go in to invest in the stock market to benefit the big corporations who are able to diversify towards the military industrial complex in Europe and the war industry. So, yes, get a few bombs, rockets, and missiles, and then you'll profit from the cost of living disaster and you'll offset it. Interesting. In terms of the energy disaster we're facing at the moment, he said there was uh, supports there. the.
Excise cuts will be continued until next year
Excise cuts will be continued until next year. Interestingly enough, he also went on to say that the uh there will be a cut on home heating oil of about €50 per probably 1,000 L when you consider prices have nearly doubled in the last year, just a drop in the ocean. Which is the same as this nonsense about the income tax package in terms of the tax bands. He said the government can't insulate you from everything. Interesting when they're.
More interested in giving money away hand over fist to the government organizations and Ukraine rather than ordinary working people here in Ireland. Every other agenda bar the domestic one for the Irish government. He went on to speak about housing. In this year's budget, nearly half the total budget on housing has been transferred into private hands in a massive part. First of all, 2.2 billion is through a housing assistance payment and other rental supports, which is a.
Transfer of public money into private hands to provide essential accommodation for people who are on the council housing list. Which is the same as what the agenda is with the homeless industry. 2.7 billion this year has been allocated towards the homelessness industry rather than solving homelessness and ending it. The answer is to make people profit from it. This is part of their bigger neoliberal agenda. Of course, they've signed up to all this through Brussels and through.
Europe with the European Stability and Growth Pact, which was passed post the financial crash back in 2012. Interesting, isn't it? This is where they have complete control essentially over our budgets. But again, the Irish government can rearrange business as panic, but the sinking ship is going to go down and take everybody down with it because they're totally reliant on this foreign direct investment multinationals rather than building a strong domestic resilient economy and supporting people who are.
Struggling most because they're the ones who spend most and gets recycled in the local communities and the local economies. But they're not interested in that. They're not interested more in supporting speculation, extraction, the rentier capitals in terms of the financialization of housing, and these, rather than serving the interest of ordinary people, are keeping wealth in the hands of those that do have, rather than those that don't. That's why we have a society in Ireland, a system.
Where two billionaires have the same wealth as the bottom 50% of the population. Nothing about that redistribution. Redistribution works only in our government for the rich, and that's it. Thanks so much for the support of my videos. Really appreciate them, and thanks very much for sharing them as well. Some Dublin this evening. So long for all. See you all soon. Take care.
