  • Dooley says the latest figures from Louth County Council show that 34% of those on the council housing list are non-Irish citizens, and that this does not count the many who have become Irish citizens in recent years. He links it to figures from Dublin City Council a couple of weeks ago that put the share at 42%, and to a report that the housing agency has offered advice in 24 languages for people applying for housing. He argues the pressure lands on services and public housing that were already short of investment.
  • He says the housing list is already divisive, with cut-off points that leave many people just over the limit paying extortionate rents, and that universality in housing has gone out the window. He raises a tweet from a few years ago in 12 languages inviting people to Ireland as evidence of pull factors, and expects more figures from other councils in the coming days and weeks.
  • At the other end, Dooley points to a relief programme introduced around 12 or 13 years ago for higher-income employees earning from over 125,000 euro a year up towards a million. He says they get 30% relief on their tax, 5,000 euro towards private school fees and deductions for trips home, that it has cost close to 60 million euro, and that about 3,000 people use it. He adds that non-EU buyers also push up property prices, which he says benefits the property class, since over two-thirds of national wealth is tied up in property.
  • He cites a National Youth Council of Ireland report that seven out of 10 young people between 18 and 24 are thinking of leaving Ireland. In his telling, the immigration and open borders agenda benefits big employers and wealthy international workers, and ordinary working people pay for it. Speaking a day before the budget, he says control over state policy has been neglected by the political establishment, and he asks viewers to share the video.

They're beholden to the globalist agenda that serves the big corporates at the expense of ordinary working people. And the latest figures released from loud county council go further to prove this that all the establishment are interested in is causing division and more divisive actions.

Now this comes from loud county council in relation to the amount of nonIrish citizens that have been awarded council housing since 2020. And it's a staggering figure. 34% of those on the council housing list in loud were non Irish citizens. Now it doesn't include the many who have became Irish citizens over the past number of years.

Added to this figure that's putting pressure on services and underresourced investment in public housing. It's always been a crisis for the ordinary working-class people and now it's been exacerbated with the mass immigration agenda. Always the working class are the ones that pay through this. This comes in the back of the figures that were released from Dublin City Council in the last couple of weeks that were a long time coming that 42% of people on the housing list are nonIrish.

Citizens. And in the last few days, it's been reported that the housing agency has offered advice in 24 languages for people to apply for housing. Now already in Ireland there is big division with the so-called council housing list and social housing list where there's cut off points for instance a lot of people who are just over the limits who are paying extortionate rents which is another angle used by the establishment to divide people. The whole idea of universality goes out the.

Window when it comes to housing in terms of access to affordable and secure accommodation. And it comes on the back of Rog Gorman number of years ago tweeting in his 12 languages for people to come to Ireland. So much for the pull factors continuing with the latest figures borne out through loud county council. This is only the tip of the iceberg. I'm sure more is going to come out over the coming days and weeks in relation to.

This

This. And it really demonstrates that the establishment have no interest in people suffering here in Ireland. And it's also at the other end of the spectrum in relation to many who are wealthier coming here. As I've stated many times on my videos in terms of globalization where you have the free movement of capital, you have the free movement of labor and very wealthy people are coming to Ireland also as well and claiming from big lucrative [snorts].

Tax deductible schemes such as the special assenee relief program that was introduced around 12 13 years ago. And this opened the door to higher income employees currently earning over 125,000 euro per year up towards about a million a year who will come here and get 30% relief of their taxation and um also get other benefits such as 5,000 euro for sending their children to private schools.

They get deductibles also for going back on holidays to their homes as well. And this scheme is estimated to have cost up to last bit two years ago nearly 60 million euro. Currently it's about 3,000 people that avail of this scheme as well. And as I said, it's causing the taxpayer an absolute fortune. But what it's also doing is making an impact on property prices where we see many non-EU nationals, non European economic area nationals also purchasing homes.

Which has an impact on pushing accommodation costs up who benefits yes the property classes in Ireland in particular. So much wealth has been tied up in speculation and property around Ireland. Over twothirds of the total national wealth are intrinsically linked with property. So um there we go. That's pushing prices up benefits those that have pushes inequalities and then so many people are leaving the country.

34% of Louth council housing went to non-Irish citizens, as tax breaks flow to wealthy executives.

Dooley cites figures from Louth County Council that 34% of those on its council housing list are non-Irish citizens, and Dublin City Council figures of 42%. He sets that beside a tax relief programme for higher-income foreign workers, which he says costs the taxpayer a fortune and pushes up property prices, and argues both serve big employers and property owners while ordinary workers pay.
