Hello everyone, and thanks so much for subscribing to my channel. Donald Trump is due to visit Ireland. The latest reports have come out to say that Trump will visit Ireland from September the 12th until the 14th, where he will attend the Irish Open Golf Championship in Doonbeg, County Clare, and also come to Dublin to turn the sod on the new US Embassy site at the X Juries Hotel in Ballsbridge, Dublin for Now, Trump's cost of visit is due to be.
Around 10 million euro. Remember when Biden came here, cost taxpayer 31 million euro, and Biden went to a number of places around Ireland. Dublin, he was up in County Louth, and also in County Mayo. But Trump's visit is expected to cost at least 10 million. I'm sure it's going to be well in excess of that, but they'll say nothing about the cost to the taxpayer. I think an entourage of about a thousand people are due to come with Trump also.
When he arrives in Ireland. So, let me know in the comments what you think about the pending visit of the US president to Ireland, whether you're for or whether you're against it, whether you have no opinion on it whatsoever. Because I for one am against the visit of Trump or any US president that pursues the warmongering agenda, much the same as against the visit of Biden to Ireland and Obama as well, and many others that pursued this warmongering.
Imperialist agenda. Remember what James Connolly said, we should say serve neither king nor kaiser, but the Irish government and political classes and probably a lot of the Irish classes will be quite happy to bend the knee to take the shilling of the multinationals. This year about 13 billion euro will be given in taxation to fund public services from many multinationals who have European headquarters in Ireland, US tech giants, US pharma giants, and also US finance companies that are based here.
In Ireland, too. And remember our Irish government that has destroyed our domestic economy, sold off many of our resources, and decided many of our indigenous industries under their pursuit of the neoliberal agenda pursued by the European Union. We privatize everything, deregulate everything, and it rules to use to push profits upwards. As I mentioned, open up the to allow Irish and many of these tax lucrative schemes for many of these vulture funds to come into Ireland and.
Make massive windfalls
Make massive windfalls. Remember the time of the financial crash which opened the door to those vultures coming to Ireland. In the last week, we've seen the closure and the final winding up of NAMA, the biggest racket ever brought upon the site the people of Ireland in terms of the people were completely sold out, bailed out the banks to the tune of 43% of the total European banking debt, and at the same time opened the door to.
The vulture funds because the IMF, the European Central Bank, and European Union told them to. And what vulture funds benefit? Many American vulture funds, which is same as one here in Rathmines, as I'll point out to you now, which has huge political connections. It's a place here called Rathmines House where there's seven-story buildings with 110 apartments, and a co-living, which is like bigger than the car park. It's slightly bigger than the car parking space, but set you back.
“The vulture funds because the IMF, the European Central Bank, and European Union told them to”
Nearly 2,000 euro per month. And you have communal cooking facilities as well. Well, that building there was previously Rathmines College used as part of a DIT campus at one point. And that it funded people like Mitt Romney, one of the Republican presidential nominees a number of years ago. I'll paying capital. He was a vulture capitalist who pursued this agenda.
Which is same as previous presidents of the United States that pursued the same agenda whether it be Biden or Obama. And that's going on to the warmongering. Well, in the last few years we've seen an exacerbation of wars around the world. You've seen Trump for instance claiming he was going to stand up for peace. But what's happened? We've seen the continuity of agenda by the big corporations pursuing the neoliberal agenda through European Union and also through what's taken.
Place in Ukraine. The war that was started by the Biden regime. But also the continuity, isn't it? More money's being funneled there where he told Europe to step up and spend more money on military industrial complex which will cause such human and environmental devastation. We will say nothing about that. Just keep quiet. And at the same time in the context of the drive towards war in the Middle East and what's taking place in Iran. And the fallout of that in terms of the.
Wider impacts on the global economy in terms of fuel energy costs and also food crisis looming also around many parts of the world. Also in the Middle East we've seen what's taking place in Gaza. Most recently we've seen what's happened in Twitter. And Morocco that I did a video on yesterday you can look back on in terms of who is behind it and who stands to benefit from this agenda. So what people are being divided the occupier of the White House still.
Serves the interests of the big business, the billionaire
Serves the interests of the big business, the billionaire class. So much for democracy when you have billionaires facing off against each other trying to claim they're on different sides of the fences when fundamentally they're pursuing the same agenda selling the ordinary people every single day of the week. Much the same as our neutrality under massive attack as well in terms of the destruction of the triple lock, destruction of our military airspace our airports being commandeered essentially as US military bases such as.
Shannon for many many years and many flights and missiles and weapons overflying our airspace without any sanction whatsoever and ably aided and abetted by the Irish political and media classes. So many will be saying, "Well, be quiet, just put up with it. We're benefiting from this." But in fact we're complicit in much of the stuff that's taking place around the world by staying silent on it. So it's important that people speak up to what's taking place in society, stand.
Up for the interests of the ordinary working people wherever you live and in the context of what's taking place now more than ever as the drive towards World War III continues unabated. When you have the United States at the helm pursuing the same deep state continuity of agenda pursued by the big corporations they might have slight differences in views about various issues but really who stands to benefit from dividing people? Who stands to benefit from trying to claim that.
One side is better than the other side when it's ordinary people that suffer because of these diversionary tactics being pursued by the so-called elites. So will they benefit? Will the big corporations benefit because of the tax haven Ireland and for a multitude of other reasons as I outlined just briefly there. I won't be supporting the visit of any US president to Ireland but many will bend the knee bend the cap and as I started to me.
Outline in terms of what James Connolly said, we should serve neither king nor kaiser, serve nobody but serve Ireland and the interests of Ireland, a sovereign, independent republic that is Ireland, not be part of any other supranational institutions such as the European Union that's beholden essentially to the US. So, this is what's taking place in Ireland. Let me know in the comments what you think uh to what's taking place. And please think critically about the bigger.
Picture to what's taking place across Irish society and
Picture to what's taking place across Irish society and across the world as well. While many are trying to divide people ordinary working people need to stand up and stick together essentially against what's taking place and against many of those political establishment figures who are just essentially not even talking about the real issues at all to what's facing uh the planned visit of Trump and the agenda being driven and supported by many of the political establishments up.
Here in Ireland despite many of their so-called protestations around it. They're still pursuing the same agenda. I've seen one political figure such as Aodhán Ó Ríordáin, I think of the uh Labour Party, fully signed up to the EU agenda, who has said that he's against Trump's visit because of uh he's against the EU agenda. It's not ridiculous, isn't it? He should be against it because of what he represents and what businesses' interests that they all represent, which.
Is the same as propped up by many of the political establishment parties here in Ireland and many of the so-called people who are against what's taking place in Ireland in terms of the bigger globalist agenda around uh mass immigration, around many other issues in society as well. So, uh let me know in the comments what you think. And from Dublin City FM, this is Eoin Ó Broin. See you soon. Take care.
