Hello everyone
Hello everyone. The Irish government are preparing legislation to remove the triple lock. This has been a long project for the Irish government and now they're trying to push this bill through the Dáil Éireann over the coming months to erode whatever's left of Irish neutrality. This is called the defense amendment bill 2026 and it's got to be for before the cabinet in the next couple of weeks then before it goes to Dáil Éireann for approval. Now, they estimate that this.
Will be passed by the end of the year. This is the time now to stand up and speak out against what's taking place and contact all your TDs and say that they should have had no hand act of heart in supporting the removal of our triple lock. Remember Micheál Martin said a number of years ago this was a cornerstone of Irish neutrality. He seems to have changed his tune as he becomes a bigger lapdog for Ursula von.
Der Leyen. This removes the UN requirement for deploying more than 12 members of defense forces on overseas missions or so they claim. Really what it is is open up the door for European Union and NATO to pursue their imperial and war killing agenda across the continent of Europe. Helen McEntee has said that it's down to the conclusion of the EU anti arms smuggling naval mission in the Mediterranean that is leading to this.
And we all know about McEntee. McEntee brought forward the whole legislation around the immigration bill as member of the European People's Party in Brussels. Now we'll see the European Union migration and asylum act being [snorts] enacted into Irish legislation on the 12th of June. Now this again will have massive ramifications for Irish neutrality because the triple lock demands that the UN Security Council is followed by government and rock this approval before more than 12 members of.
The Irish Defence Forces can be sent on overseas missions. Now, with the removal of this, they're claiming that this is all about Irish sovereignty. Well, nothing could be further from the truth. Remember Micheál Martin said he wanted nothing to do with the backward-looking idea of sovereignty as he seeds more power to the technocrats in the European Union. And let's see how Catherine Connolly reacts to this if the bill is passed and it comes before her. Will she convene.
Her Council of State to look at its constitutionality
Her Council of State to look at its constitutionality? This really is of fundamental importance in Ireland and it should be brought before the people to a referendum. And the government claim that this will, as I said, give back sovereignty. Far from it, because at the same time, there is a resolution in the United Nations that could be brought before the General Assembly if there is a gridlock in the United Nations Security Council to push forward on, in inverted commas,.
Peacekeeping missions. But, the Irish government have no interest in this. They're only interested in being good boys for their masters in Brussels. And this has been the quiet creep of the erosion of Irish neutrality. We've seen that, for instance, in the last, probably 15 to 20 years, been fast-tracked through the likes of various treaties, like the Nice Treaty in the first instance, where the Seville Declaration was issued, which offered up the protection of Irish neutrality. But, at.
The same time, the Lisbon Treaty brought forward closer defense alliances in the European Union, such as the European Defence Agency, the European Union Military Committee, and led to the advent of these PESCO deals, such as the Permanent Structured Cooperation. They also now use the European Peace Facility to raid to a fund war in Ukraine currently. But many of these deals have been all about pushing the militarist agenda of the European Union and to cede sovereignty to Brussels becoming like a.
Super state. But this is a big agenda and what is going to take place over the next couple of months is the same push by the Irish government to pursue this agenda to send young men and women to be killed on foreign battlefields. Tenth of we shall have no hand, act, or part in. And they always claim that we're not politically neutral, but we're militarily neutral. This has no basic in logic or in fact. Because Ireland has always had an active.
State of neutrality, well, the 26 counties have. We all know about the occupied six counties of the north and their relationship with NATO in terms of the shipbuilding in in Belfast and also the arms dealers that are manufacturing weapons of war in Belfast also from various countries such as France and others benefit the coffers of the military-industrial complex. But at the same time, Irish neutrality in the 26 counties is critically important. The RAF still control Irish.
Airspace
Airspace. They don't talk about that, do they? And at the same time, we can see the deep water ports that are going to be located to facilitate big vessels coming from Britain and many more military members of NATO. We've seen the incursions over the past few years of NATO vessels into Irish ports, which has gone completely uncommented on by the political classes and also the media. And is that really surprising? Ireland should be seeking peaceful settlements to international disputes.
That's what's stated in our constitution, not to be part of any military alliance. This has been formulated by the Irish government to create the drive towards militarism in the European Union. They've done it through battle groups and as I've said earlier, ends up uh PESCO deals and also now with the rearmament of Europe plan, which is being pursued by Ursula von der Leyen, which would involve with 800 billion euro of European citizens' money for weapons of war.
Now, this is what the bigger agenda is in Europe and to look for some form of confrontation with Russia. And at the same time, we can see many members of the Irish Defence Forces moving into lucrative positions in Europe. Remember, the European Union is in headquarters in Brussels alongside the headquarters of NATO. And 23 out of 27 member states of the European Union are members of NATO. And Seán Clancy is the head of the European Union Military.
“And 23 out of 27 member states of the European Union are members of NATO”
Committee. In the last few weeks, he's been talking about the preparedness for 2030. And he said, "It's about resilience for Europe to work with partners right across Europe uh to defend their interests." So, these are the interests that Micheál Martin deems defending, such as the interests for the profits of corporations while ordinary people suffer. They don't worry about setting up any fund to solve the homeless disaster or the housing crisis chaos. Or maybe they don't deploy the Irish troops to the.
Borders to protect our borders from mass immigration. No, this isn't part of the agenda. So, wait for the big campaign for recruitment of the Defence Forces. Many have left over the past few years because of so poor pay and conditions. But, now is the opportunity now to bring more in to the Defence Forces. Maybe many new Irish will be brought into the Irish Defense Forces as well. But many will be sent and deployed on these missions. War missions essentially being.
Authorized by the European Union and by NATO
Authorized by the European Union and by NATO. But this is part of the bigger agenda of the European Union and the malicious agenda which they've always pursued since the last 25 to 30 years through various treaties. So please share my videos. Please speak out against the place and times the erosion of the triple lock and the dismantlement of Irish neutrality. So thanks for your support and see you all soon. Slán go foill.
