  • On June 12th — just ahead of Ireland assuming the EU presidency — the Migration and Asylum Pact is transposed into Irish law under the International Protection Bill; the government voted it through in 2024 despite legal challenges arguing it belonged before the people in a referendum, the precedent being the Crotty ruling on the Single European Act in the ’80s, in one of the only countries in Europe that still puts EU treaties to a vote.
  • The pact, Dooley says, carries mandatory asylum quotas set in Brussels, with over €20,000 owed per person if Ireland refuses anyone on grounds like pressure on services or housing — a quota he says is pegged to Ireland’s over-inflated GDP in an economy where the richest 10% hold 50% of the wealth, so the burden lands on ordinary working people while multinationals profiting from free movement of capital push the agenda.
  • A critical component, Dooley says, blocks removals to countries lacking an adequate standard of living or education — “absolute madness”, leaving next to no control — while the EU designates “safe countries” and cuts third-country deals he ties to human-rights issues and trafficking gangs making massive windfalls on Mediterranean crossings; the Dublin Regulations’ first-country returns meet years of arrivals from a Britain squeezed under Rishi Sunak and now Keir Starmer.
  • The government’s claim that the pact solves the immigration chaos is, Dooley argues, “a ruse to bring forward biometric data and digital ID by the back door” — he points to €6 billion-plus for the Department of Justice and Home Affairs in the most recent budget and a €1.6 billion contingency fund for a national implementation programme spanning facial recognition, digital surveillance and digital ID: create the problem, sell the solution, while Micheál Martin wines and dines Europe’s “elites” at our expense.

Hello everyone

Hello everyone. On June the 12th this year, just before Ireland takes over the European Union presidency, the European Union migration and asylum pact will be transposed into Irish legislation under the International Protection Bill. Now, this is a massive seeding of Irish sovereignty and our basic control over our border to technocrats in Brussels. And remember, we look back to the Amsterdam Treaty where there was no legal obligation in terms of following through on these immigration policies. But we've seen mass.

Immigration in Ireland really there to satisfy those who are benefiting from from the free movement of capital and many of those multinationals and big employers as well pushing this agenda through the European Union. Now, back in 2024, the Irish government decided to vote this through. And it took a number of legal challenges at the time in terms of it should have been brought to a referendum for the people.

The precedent that was set was the Single European Act with the Crotty ruling back in the '80s in terms of bringing these European treaties before the people. One of the only countries in Europe that still put these treaties before the people. But this pact is more of the same. If you remember the Stability and Growth Pact as well after the financial crash which opened the door to more profits for the bankers. Now, we're seeding our sovereignty to those technocrats in.

Brussels that will offer up mandatory asylum quotas. Now, over 20,000 euro per person if we refuse anybody who comes into Ireland claiming pressure on services or lack of housing or accommodation or many other issues as well in Ireland. But, this is a European quota based on your over-inflated GDP. This is a society or an economy rather where the richest 10% have 50% of the wealth. So, this disproportionately impacts ordinary working people. Is there any surprise there? We've already seen that.

In the context of the privatization agenda being pursued by the European Union and many of resources and industries being sold off to satisfy the profits of those billionaires while ordinary people are the ones to suffer here in Ireland. And the other issue is around the deportations. And there will be a critical component of this will be to refuse countries uh to remove or to to send back people from Ireland if they don't have an adequate standard of living or.

Education in those countries

Education in those countries. Now, this is just absolute just madness, isn't it? You have really no next to no control and without there being satisfied with any adequate standard of living or education in the country that they're coming from, well, then you cannot deport. And um there's also the European Union which are designating safe countries. They themselves have done deals with third countries which has brought a lot of human rights issues in the context of the immigration chaos.

And we've seen many of those issues arise with human trafficking taking part where many gangs are making massive massive windfalls from people being transported across the Mediterranean and many more routes being used across Europe. And wait for it, the Dublin Regulations. This was a previous agreement which would allow asylum seekers to be brought back to sent back to their first country where they claimed asylum rather than just jumping across various countries.

We've seen in this instance over so many people coming from the United Kingdom in the last number of years are following Rishi Sunak saying there was going to be a third country and Keir Starmer has pursued similar agenda with the pressures in Britain on the mass immigration as well. But the Irish government will claim that this is the solution. This is about dealing with the immigration part of the immigration chaos. Well, it's actually not because it's a ruse to bring forward biometric.

Data and digital ID by the back door. So, those who created the chaos are now the ones turning around and saying that we have the solutions for you. And this is part of the biometric data that's been pursued as part of the European Union migration and asylum pact. It's always an answer, isn't it? Always a way. Create the problem and come up with the solution. And this is also being backed up by massive funding to the Department of.

Justice through the Irish budget over the past couple of years. 6 billion euro plus has been given to the Department of Justice and Home Affairs in the most recent budget in terms of moving towards a new system. So, they currently have a two parallel systems in play and this is about what they're claiming, fast-tracking asylum seekers. But as I stated earlier, this really flies in the face of what the actual facts are in terms of those.

In Brussels dictating how many people should come in

In Brussels dictating how many people should come in to Ireland. And there was also 1.6 billion euro in the most recent budget put forward for this contingency fund for new policy initiatives. This is part of the national implementation program, which is about digitalization, modernization of the asylum system, facial recognition technology, visa processing, and also digital reform and stronger borders, digital surveillance, digital ID. Need I to say anymore? Biometric data. This is what is taking place currently in Ireland. We have no control.

Over borders now because of the Irish government's that have just essentially sold off whatever is left of our sovereignty. Well, we have next to nothing. We just have technocrats calling the shots, and this is digital dystopia, a totalitarian dystopia that the Irish government are just lapdogs for those globalists and have no interest in representing people of Ireland or needlessly even dealing with the mass immigration chaos that they themselves have been strong proponents of to benefit those at the very top of.

Society, while ordinary people struggle. So, there you have it. June the 12th this year, just in advance of the European Union presidency with Micheál Martin will be wine and dine with many of those European, inverted commas, elites here in Ireland all at our expense. And uh this is what's taking place in Ireland over the next couple of weeks. So, thanks so much for the support. And so we appreciate it. Please share my videos and get the message out.

“And uh this is what's taking place in Ireland over the next couple of weeks”

To what's really taking place in Ireland. We need to take control of our sovereignty. That includes taking charge of the policy of the state. Because every policy, from housing right through to immigration, should be dictated by all of us. But, when does the majority people listen? Listen. And when you consider the election results last week, it really flies in the face of people standing up for what's taking place. They just want Somebody just wants things to get worse, I they?

Well, I for one don't. But, there you have it. Thanks so much for all the support and I really appreciate it and thanks so much again for sharing my videos far and wide. So I'm Dublin today. Sláinte go raibh maith agat.

June 12th: the EU Migration Pact becomes Irish law — Dooley says it's a massive ceding of Irish sovereignty.

On June 12th, just before Ireland takes over the EU presidency, the EU Migration and Asylum Pact is transposed into Irish law under the International Protection Bill — bringing, Dooley says, mandatory Brussels asylum quotas, payments of over €20,000 per refused person, and deportation rules he calls madness. He argues the pact cedes what’s left of Irish border control to technocrats — and is really a ruse to bring in biometric data and digital ID by the back door.
