  • EU leaders sign off on €90 billion for Ukraine — €45 billion this year, €45 billion in 2027, on top of the over €350 billion Dooley says has already flowed there — a package paused for months by Hungary and Slovakia and unblocked, he notes, only after the repair of the Druzhba pipeline carrying cheap Russian oil into both countries.
  • Calling it a loan is “complete and utter nonsense”, Dooley argues — no repayment schedule, no due date, no interest payments, just a contingency on Russian reparations at the war’s end, with the Commission pushing to seize Russian assets — while Seán Kelly, the Irish MEP who eyed a presidential run, wants the EU veto revoked for “quicker decision-making”, and von der Leyen readies a 20th sanctions round as Europe, Dooley says, deindustrialises.
  • Of the €90 billion, €60 billion goes to arms “from partners” — the United States, Dooley says, Europe’s own capacity having gone up with Nord Stream, the Seymour Hersh-investigated explosion he calls the biggest terrorist attack on the continent since the Second World War — and €30 billion to energy and “critical infrastructure”; he argues it all funnels upward to oligarchs, the military-industrial complex and private equity like BlackRock, with 30% or more of Ukraine’s arable land, in his telling, already in private equity hands and Trump openly chasing the rare earths.
  • Article 28 of the Constitution says war shall not be declared without Dáil Éireann’s approval — yet Martin (“a price of war”, in “for the long haul”), Harris, Varadkar before him and McEntee have gone on a “solo run”, Dooley argues, putting Irish citizens on the hook while a fuel protest, skyrocketing energy bills, arrears and a “beds in sheds” homeless plan — back-garden sheds vulture funds could rent at €2,000 a month, he suggests — pile up at home: Martin “a good lapdog jet-setting around the globe while our own country is imploding at the seams”.

Everyone, European Union leaders met and agreed to hand

Everyone, European Union leaders met and agreed to hand over 90 billion euro of European citizens public money to Ukraine, the magic money laundering machine. Now, the media has been reporting on this as being a loan, but it's anything but because the European Commission have been now being backed by the European budget, i.e. all of us in terms of sending this money towards Ukraine. And in the last number of years, over 350 billion euro has been transferred to.

Ukraine pushing more onto the debt in Europe and also coming from the public purse. This will be paid in two installments over the next couple of years, 45 billion this year and 45 billion in 2027. Now, this was paused over the last few months because of the decision by Hungary and Slovakia not to push ahead with this. And in the last few weeks, Sean Kelly, the Irish MEP, this was the man who was trying to run for president in Ireland, he was.

Saying that the veto in the European Union should be revoked in terms of people or countries stopping payments to Ukraine and just for a quicker decision-making process. But it really demonstrates the lack of democracy in the European Union and the executive power given to the unelected and unaccountable European Commission with von der Leyen at the helm. But the decision was made over the last couple of days because of reopening of the and repair of the Druzhba.

Pipeline which supplied cheap oil into Slovakia and Hungary from Russia. Now, von der Leyen has come out and said that she wants to strengthen Ukraine and also increase the pressure on Russia. At the same time, they look forward our 20th round of sanctions on Russia. This is when the European economies are in free fall in terms of the deindustrialization and the pressure is coming on because of the fuel and energy crisis.

But wait for it, the money will be paid into the money laundering machine that is Ukraine. 60 billion euro will be paid towards arms production and weapons from partners. No wonder who those partners are. The United States, anyone? Yeah, you got it. So, as well, they will be given money towards the preparation of the energy sector and so-called critical infrastructure where it 30 billion euro will be transferred towards. Uh but of course, there'll be no all.

This money this money or again, more money be

This money this money or again, more money be funneled upwards to the oligarchs and those of the military-industrial complex will make massive massive windfalls from what's taking place. And this misnomer about it being a loan is complete and utter nonsense because a loan would have a loan would have a repayment schedule, a due date, interest payments. This has none of that. And it's contingent essentially on reparations being paid by Russia at the conclusion of this war.

And we've seen over the last few months in particular, the European Commission trying to push forward to seize Russian assets to pay for this as well. At the same time, this is a new departure for European Commission. Something that's been happening over the last number of years in terms of the emergency powers. We saw what happened with those COVID-19 bonds that were issued which funneled money upwards in society towards the oligarchs which impacted the working class most of all.

Much the same with what happened with Brexit and previously with the sovereign debt crisis where the push forward European stability and growth pact which led to the inception of the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council here, which again really made it conditional on the European Union to decide on the policy of the state of Ireland. So much for sovereignty. And that these executive powers and emergency powers and the centralization to an unelected and unaccountable European Commission really demonstrates.

The drive towards authoritarianism was taking place right across Europe. And the Irish response has been typical cap in hand, typical clapping like seals. Micheál Martin was out and previously he said that this was a price of war. And he said Ireland are in with Ukraine for the long haul and this will help boost significant capacity for Ukraine to defend itself. And he said it should be a sufficient budget to build a proper energy infrastructure and secure.

Energy infrastructure. Now, remember Ukraine aren't a member of the European Union. They're trying to fast track this move towards the EU. And even Helen McEntee has said that we need certainty for Ukraine in terms of the transfer of public money. But this has a number of major ramifications for Ireland. The first would be in the context of our neutrality. Article 28 of the Constitution states war shall not be declared by anyone except the approval of Dáil.

Éireann essentially

Éireann essentially. So, Micheál Martin, Simon Harris, Varadkar before him, Helen McEntee have gone off on their solo run and supporting this and putting Irish citizens on the hook for this money that's been transferred to Ukraine which includes 60 billion euros as I said for weapons from partners. Now, who are these partners? Partners comes from the United States because the capacity in Europe isn't too hot in terms of their industrial capacity, hence the advent of the explosion of the Nord Stream.

Mysteriously that occurred a number of years ago. And we know who Seymour Hersh investigated that and found responsible for it, but at the same time the biggest terrorist attack on the continent of Europe since the Second World War went completely unremarked by the EU establishment and here in Ireland as well. And so much for the Green Party in terms of the environmental catastrophe as well. Stone cold silence. But they're looking now at transferring money towards the private equity companies.

“And so much for the Green Party in terms of the environmental catastrophe as well”

Like BlackRock who are heavily invested in the reconstruction fund for Ukraine. But 30% if not more of the arable land in Ukraine is owned by private equity companies. Surprise, surprise. Trump himself has said he's now looking for the rare earths in terms of making money back. And he is now saying that he wouldn't have started a war, but now his policy is benefiting from the war. Surprise, surprise. You can look back to the RAND Corporation about extending.

Russia which was reported to try and contain Russia, to try and target China. This being part of the US agenda in terms of targeting the energy exports. So, let's see what takes place over the next number of days in relation to the pipeline to Slovakia and Hungary following the decision to push ahead and transfer this money towards the military industrial complex and also to the critical infrastructure which again, the reconstruction of Ukraine is benefiting the private.

Equity and the oligarchs as well, which is the same as BlackRock. So, in essence, Ireland's neutrality is under massive massively undermined. We see exactly what's happened in terms of the EU agenda and the liberal the neoliberal agenda that's been pursued by the European Union as well in terms of privatization of resources and benefit those at the top society who will also benefit from private equity and the oligarchs while ordinary people suffer. So, uh when will you people of Ireland ask when.

We have a multitude of crises here currently in

We have a multitude of crises here currently in Ireland? Most recently we had a fuel protest. We have skyrocketing fuel and energy bills for people. It's estimated the bills are going to go off the charts in the next number of months in terms of electricity bills. And also at the same time we see so many people in energy arrears in Ireland who are struggling. And also we've seen the housing and homelessness disaster. The last couple of days the Irish government.

Came up with a new plan to put beds in sheds as their homeless plan. So much for a great solution, isn't it? Little sheds in people's back gardens. So, vulture funds can rent them out probably with €2,000 per month. And maybe they'll push towards more austerity and then cut on basic public services. So, rather than transferring money into the hands of serving the security of our citizens in terms of our sovereignty, they've no interest in that.

Martin has been a good lapdog jet-setting around the globe while our own country is imploding at the seams. But, that's what's taking place. So, thanks so much for supporting all your videos. The €90 billion Ukraine “loan” with no due date, no interest — and Ireland on the hook.

EU leaders agree to send €90 billion of public money to Ukraine in two €45 billion instalments, the deal unblocked — after months of Hungarian and Slovak resistance — alongside the repair of the Druzhba pipeline. Dooley argues the “loan” label is complete nonsense — no repayment schedule, no due date, no interest, only a hope of Russian reparations — while Irish leaders shred neutrality and put citizens on the hook as their own country implodes.
